A fully equipped kitchen, the bedroom is inviting with its cozy bed with an effective opaque blinds. A very comfortable sofa bed, as well as a TV with access to Netflix (your account) and 1 free Parking spot included with a parking pass 380 SQFT! What’s included? We include the basics: towels, soap, toilet paper, linens, coffee machine We DO NOT include: coffee beans, food, firewood, personal effects etc We’ve cut out paper towels to reduce our environmental impact, and we have replaced paper towel with kitchen towels. In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence. We just wanted to provide this disclaimer for your awareness. *We do not provide any firewood or propane.* We are committed to being environmentally friendly and have decided to eliminate the use of paper towels. Disappointing Positive: We actually managed to get in - I was concerned when they refused to give us any directions until 1 hour before - have been fooled by fake apartments on Booking.com previously Negative: Grubby, stained towels, bed smelt of previous occupants. Cupboard door was broken & hard to open….. and we were sent a demand for payment to repair it after we left!! Oven did not work

Disappointing experience but chalet is beautiful and good location. Positive: Location Negative: The host was very uncooperative. No courtesy or understanding of the situation was shown. We flew from another country and it was new place for us. Despite several requests of early check ins , and the chalet being empty and clean, we were not given early check in.

Positive: La localisation par rapport au village. Negative: La propreté (les coussins et draps étaient sâles - tache de sang sur le drap-housse par exemple), le manque d'équipements (un seul verre d'eau, pas de poivre, ni huile), la taille de l'endroit qui ne correspond pas tout à fait à la description (ex : 46 m2?).

Would have been nice to have a broom and paper towels available Positive: Nice and close to the hills & village. 2 minutes walk and your in the heart of the action. Negative: A little smaller than the photos showed while booking. Not a bad thing just good photography

Positive: lokatie Negative: het contact met Cozy chalet, appartement niet schoon, geen uitleg TV, en nadere electrische apparaten. 45 minuten wachten bij aankomst op code voor appartement, geen bezem, toaster kapot.

Calme, près des pistes mais difficile d'y accéder Positive: Le calme et l'emplacement Negative: La difficulté à trouver le logement. Aucune lumière et seulement le numéro du bâtiment était visible, pas de direction pour le numéro de la porte. Pas de bouchon pour le lavabo pour faire la vaisselle. Difficile d'utiliser la télévision et le foyer. On aurait dit que le lit était couvert de plastique. Même si l'air était frais, sous les draps, c'était humide.

    We have very strict house rules. Please be sure to respect the following house rules to avoid any penalties or fines. Guests who disrespect any house rules will be removed from the property during their stay with NO REFUND. All guests must be fully checkout out PRIOR to 11:00 AM on the day of their checkout. -NO SMOKING: 500$ PENALTY FEE -NO PETS: 300$ PENALTY FEE -ZERO PARTY TOLERANCE: Immediate eviction from the chalet without refund - EXCEEDING CAPACITY: 100$ BASE PENALTY + 300$ PER ADDITIONAL GUEST - LATE CHECKOUT WITHOUT PERMISSION: 300$ - NOISE COMPLAINTS: 300$ - Please return the parking pass before checkout, failure to do so will result in a 50$ penalty - Please be cautious of our linens, stained linens (towels, sheets..) will be charged a replacement fee at the value of the item. - Guests are expected to leave the property in the SAME condition as it was found. Any damages will be charged, and any extra cleaning/large mess will result in charges due to extra cleaning. All garbage must be left in garbage bags, in their respective bins. Please take out the garbage before you check-out and leave our property in the state you found it in. Please make sure to take off your shoes in the chalet!
