With the exception of the zero toilet paper, the place as warm and cozy, clean, and comfortable. Positive: The space in the Condo was great. The living room and dining room had ample space and seating. The kitchen had a drip coffee maker, a small coffee machine, and a hot water kettle for tee. Location was close to the village, and there is a shuttle to the village every 30 minutes with a stop right across the street from the unit, although we still chose to drive the 5 minutes to the village. Negative: When we arrived late at the unit (10 pm or so), the unit looked great and very clean!! However there was no toilet paper in either of the two bathrooms. I called the contact telephone number and I was told that it would be delivered either right away or first thing in the morning, it was not delivered. The next day I texted to ask when the toilet paper would be delivered, well, to make a long story shorter, we were there for three nights, the toilet paper was never delivered. This is NOT acceptable.

Positive: Lots of room very clean, nice with hot tubs and saunas were directly across. All in was a fantastic family vacation

Parfait. Positive: Le calme, la propriété et surtout le spa,sona...etc Negative: A l'arrivée, les escaliers n'étaient pas déneigées.

Perfect ski getaway! Positive: We enjoyed everything from the decorations and aesthetics to the location. The place was warm right when we walked in and that was a great way to start the trip! The spot for shuttle pick ups was right across from the condo which was very convenient. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of cold, snowy adventures. Negative: There are quite a few steps up to the condo door and they were very icy. We asked for salt or something to help and there was no access to salt. The stairs were also never shoveled even though it snowed the duration of the stay.
