Positive: Un logement charmant, bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et passer un séjour confortable. L’accès à la piscine, située à quelques minutes à pied, est un vrai plus, tout comme la proximité du lac. La communication avec l’hôte a été agréable tout au long du séjour. Negative: Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à 3 adultes. Dans l’ensemble, le logement était agréable, mais quelques petits détails pourraient être améliorés. À l’intérieur, il n’y avait que deux chaises pour les repas, ce qui était un peu juste pour trois personnes. La wifi ne fonctionne pas bien. Le logement ne disposait pas d’un balai ou du nécessaire pour effectuer un léger nettoyage au fil du séjour. Lorsque j’ai posé la question, il m’a été indiqué que le logement devait être rendu propre sous peine de frais de ménage supplémentaires. Or, cette information ne figurait pas dans l’annonce. Il serait appréciable de mettre à disposition le minimum nécessaire pour entretenir le logement pendant le séjour, ou de préciser clairement cette attente dans l’annonce afin d’éviter toute confusion.

Positive: La tranquillité L’espace extérieur La localisation Negative: La climatisation ne se rend pas sur la mezzanine ce qui fait qu’il a fait extrêmement chaud pour dormir en plus le divan-lit est brisé et pas très confortable donc on ne pouvait pas dormir sur le divan et profiter de la fraîcheur du salon.

Beautiful apartment, great view, but expect to be persistent if probs arise, and no hot tub. Positive: Using the passcode that was delivered to my inbox at 3 PM was easy. The place is even better than the photos with a gorgeous view and a perfectly appointed kitchen and bathroom. It was spotless. It is a quick 9 minutes from the resort, 20 minutes from the Laurentian Mountains, and situated in a village with play facilities (courts and such), as well as several small businesses, all in walking distance. Negative: Because I didn’t have Wi-Fi (I was traveling out of my country of residence and only had cell service), I had to find a café in order to connect to Wi-Fi to get the entry code. Though this rental sells a pool and hot tub, neither were available in the winter. I had no idea until I arrived and went looking for the hot tub. This was a major reason I booked this particular place, so a big disappointment. I had the electric heater on to take the chill out of the place, and when I turned on the microwave, it shorted the circuit. I was able to find and access the panel, but this cut the Wi-Fi, which made it more difficult to contact the host — there is an emergency phone number that I used. I needed to make three calls and wait 16 hours for Wi-Fi to turn back on.

The unit is on the 3rd floor of a 3 story walk up, so getting all of your belongings into the unit was challenging, at best.Check in is digital which is texted 1 hour before arrival. If you are driving in from a far distance and the worrying type, its a little last minute imo.The place itself is nice, clean and modern, with a lovely view of mountains and slopes, from the balcony. The sofa in the living room is crumbling faux leather which I covered with my own sofa cover, be forwarned.The bedroom is on a loft level, 14 steps up, with no ensuite bath. If you need a washroom at night, you do the math.If you are expecting to be close to ski in, ski out, or to be able to walk to slopes, which are both stated in the listing, you will be in for a big disappointment. The building is 4.6km from the nearest ski lift. There is a shuttle available in the old village, so if you can carry your equipment for under 1km down steep hills to the bus stop, go for it. But none of this is mentioned in the listing. If the managers stick to factual information in the listing, then its fair value in a nice location, 5-7min drive to the slopes. We stayed 11 nights. As of check out, the non existentbfeatures are still in the listing.
