We had great time there. It has fantastic views and very convenient to the ski resort. Water is hot and AC works great. Positive: It’s very roomy and clean. Negative: The fire place is kind of too small to handle the logs. The second floor bathroom is a little bit tiny and it’s hard to bend your body inside.

Positive: Emplacement idéal à deux minutes en voiture des parkings de la station, belle vue sur les pistes, en bonus la possibilité de prendre une navette juste devant la maison si l'on ne souhaite pas utiliser son véhicule. Negative: Beaucoup de détails qui font la différence et qui classent ce logement hors du champ "luxe" comme annoncé, voici quelques exemples parmi une liste non exhaustive : - Séjour, pas de plaid sur le canapé, seulement deux vieux coussins gris "rabougris", même pas une petite bûche de bienvenue dans la cheminée, pas d'allumettes, une tv qui ne fonctionne pas. - Cuisine, vaisselle sommaire, pas de verres à vin, même pas une petite capsule de café de bienvenue. - Chambre n°1, escalier du lit superposé cassé, dressing partiellement inaccessible. - Salle d'eau n°1, une cabine de douche en plastique d'un autre temps. - Salle d'eau n°2, un sauna dont il manque le sablier et dont le thermomètre est cassé, une autre cabine de douche en plastique d'un autre temps. Enfin, un ménage moyen, des détritus laissés sur place (vieux thermostats et leurs emballages), un aspirateur qui n'aspire pas, des télécommandes sans piles.. bref, on est encore loin du "luxe" ..

I am definitely not happy with this reservation and will be seeking some sort of compensation Positive: Here are some positive things about this place: Unit 207-5 - accommodations are very nice, - convenient location, - good view of the ski hill Mt. Tremblant, - walking distance 1km to the ski village - sauna facilities are very nice. Negative: However, there are many things that were not ideal during our stay: - room temperature on the main level, kitchen, eating area, family room was COLD, (by COLD I mean 15C-16C) - even though thermostat was set to 25C, the room got to 18C only once on weekend, - the ‘heating’ issue was never resolved over the weekend even though the thermostat was replaced, - towel bar in the bathroom is missing, not installed (it is under the bathroom sink) - Keurig coffee maker does not work - the fireplace lighter/starter does not work - I spent 2-3 hours trying to connect with the KOZE Stays support line before finally getting connected. - From Sat. Jan. 24 8:46am to 10:37am, ten (10) calls were made to get assistance from the KOZE support line 514.447.7149. All ten calls were unanswered!! This is unacceptable.! “The customer you have dialled is currently unavailable.” - is the message received for each of these ten calls. The phone carrier informs me that this means the owner of the number has disconnected their device or powered off the phone. Totally unacceptable for a 24 hr support line. Here is example of how cold it is on the main floor of the unit: we have had to put the plates and cups in the oven for several minutes in order to heat them up as they were “stone cold” removing them from the cupboards. All these things that went wrong have taken away from it being a very nice relaxing and comfortable weekend experience. These things would not have happened in a hotel room, they would have all been fixed prior to allowing anyone to stay in the room. My issue regarding the Heating in this unit has still not been resolved, The management company has been in touch with me, they did call me on the phone, and gave me instructions for the thermostat, But the heat still has not gone up in the unit. I am not satisfied at all with the service provided by this KOZE Stays management company, especially because I’m having to spend my precious time troubleshooting one of thei
